Irving homes earn twice-a-year tune-ups the hard way — through DFW's brutal 100-110 degree summers and unpredictable winter freezes that punish neglected equipment without warning. We pull the evaporator coil and blower assembly, deep-clean both, leak-check and recharge refrigerant to spec per EPA 608 rules (no gas-and-go — HVAC systems are hermetic), and restore the system to factory performance.
