Our Story
Frosty's HVAC LLC was founded on January 1, 2018, by husband-and-wife team Omar Jacobo and Mariafernanda Jacobo. What started as a two-person operation in Farmers Branch has grown into one of the most trusted residential HVAC companies in the DFW metroplex — built entirely through word of mouth, honest work, and treating every home like our own.
We are 100% residential. We made a deliberate choice to focus exclusively on homeowners — no split attention. Every family we serve gets our complete focus, from the initial diagnostic to the final walkthrough.
